Please note:
There is a minimum stay of 5 nights. Maximum occupancy is 10 adults or 12 (including children).

We also demand a 20% security deposit – 90 days prior. Therefore upon your last payment.
Cancellation:
With the exception of the security deposit, all other deposits are non-refundable until the owner is able to replace the period in cuestion with another party and has ensured that the rent will be covered. All long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit. The above rates include the use of the house and the staff services.
Total number of overnight guest allowed:
10 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 12 guest including children.
